My resume in english is available here (PDF file).

Who am I and what I'm I doing ?

I'm currently (summer 2016) working as a Senior R&D Geoscientist/Geophysicist at CGG, in the GeoConsulting R&D department, mostly with the Seismic Reservoir Characterization team. My main activities are related to quantitative integration of seismic data into geological and reservoir models, notably using stochastic stratigraphic inversion of seismic impedances (see resume for more details). I also did some work in quantitative integration of 3D seismic and micro-seismic data.
I also work and develop software in close relationship to the CGG GeoSoftware group, principally in the HampsonRussell software suite.
Before joining CGG, I finished in june 2005 a PhD. in the Nancy School of Geology (France), in the frame of the RING team (previously Gocad Research Group). My main project was the Geochron project, which is now used by the Paradigm SKUA modeling software. I don't have any link to this project anymore, so please contact either the RING team or Paradigm for up-to-date information.

An (very) abridged CV:

In the frame of my current work and my PhD. before that, I'm programming, mostly in C++ (but also bits of C, Fortran and various scripting languages) and using various geomodelling softwares, including HampsonRussell, Jason and Gocad.
I direct research projects and software developments, handle internal or external user support, marketing and communication with clients. I am also supervising internships and external research projects (PhD. thesis).
Part of my work involves giving scientific and software training to users, ranging from 1-2 hours up to a few days. I also gave some lectures (around 30h per year) on numerical geology and geostatistics to students of the ENSG.

Publications

I may add link to the PDF files when possible (the proceedings of the annuals gOcad meetings are only available for members of the consortium, please contact the RING team for info). Most publications can be found on OnePetro (SEG) or on EarthDoc (EAGE).
